YB-401A L-G Guide Rail oil
Description
These series of L-G guide rail oils are formulated by deeply refined base oils and various high-quality lubricant additives, which can be used for lubricating guide rail in various high precision lathe, planer, grinder, boring machine, drilling machine and other machine tools. Higher-duty guide rails will choose the lubricants with bigger viscosities , also according to the equipment manual.
There are model No. 32, 46, 68, 100, 150 classified according to 40ºC kinematic viscosity
Product Features
Containing extreme pressure adhesive additives, preventing the abrasion wear when contacting with guide rails, and improving the position, precision, speed control for the cutting tool when working.
Good oxidation stability, and the oils can't go bad easily under the high-temperature conditions and direct contacting with air for a long time, reducing the formation of the harmful film oil sludge with longer service life.
Excellent antirust performance, forming a very effective anticorrosion film on metal surface, and preventing system corrosion caused by inhaling corrosive gases and moisture.

The requirements for the storage and transportation process must be waterproof, moisture-proof and preventing mechanical impurities being mixed. Keep the oil tank clean when using, oil tank and oil circuit should be cleaned when changing oil in order to prevent foreign matter pollution. Prevent mixing with other oil products. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
