Description
This Fully-synthetic Cutting fluid is formulated by water-soluble lubricant additives, extreme pressure additives, rust inhibitors, alkali retainer and other additives composited by a specific process. It has excellent antirust and lubrication peformances, detergency, cooling and wear-debris settleability. It also has strong hard-water resistance and good biological stability. It doesn't contain oils, and not easy to be corrupt with the long service life.It is especially suitable for cutting and grinding black metal with high surface finishment purpose.

Application Range
This Fully-synthetic Cutting fluid is suitable for cutting or grinding carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, cast iron and other metal (ferrous metal, copper, etc.)
Recommended concentration range is 2% ~ 10%,
for general light load processing: 5%,
for medium load processing: 6-8%,
for heavy load processing: 8-12%.
Note: The above information is only for the recommended concentration. The final concentration will be raised or lowered according to the customer's climate environment, water quality conditions and technological requirements at the operation sites.

According to the equipment lubricant regulations, choose the suitable quality level and viscosity level of the oil products; choose the special-purpose storage containers. The requirements for the storage and transportation process must be waterproof, moisture-proof and preventing mechanical impurities being mixed. Keep the oil tank clean when using, oil tank and oil circuit should be cleaned when changing oil in order to prevent foreign matter pollution. Prevent mixing with other oil products. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
