L-HL General-purpose Hydraulic Oil
Description
L-HL hydraulic oils, commonly known as general-purpose machine tool lubricating oils, have excellent oxidation stability, anti-rust and antifoam performances. These series of L-HL hydraulic oils are formulated with refined base oils and various functional additives, adopting advanced technology and production process, which have good anti-rust, antifoam and anti-corrosion properties, fine oxidation stability and detergency. These series are suitable for headstocks, gear boxes and hydraulic systems in the precise or general-purpose mechanical equipment.
There are model 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 and 150 classifed according to 40ºCkinematic viscosity

Application Range
These series of L-HL hydraulic oils are mainly used for lubricating the spindle hydraulic box and gear box in general-purpose machine tool or circulatory system in the similar mechanical equipment
Attentions
According to the equipment lubricant regulations, choose the suitable quality level and viscosity level of the oil products; choose the special-purpose storage containers. The requirements for the storage and transportation process must be waterproof, moisture-proof and preventing mechanical impurities being mixed. Keep the oil tank clean when using, oil tank and oil circuit should be cleaned when changing oil in order to prevent foreign matter pollution. Prevent mixing with other oil products. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
