Description
This Semisynthesis Microemulsion cutting fluid is formulated with refined base oil, various highly-efficient antirust additive, lubricant additives, stabilizers and other raw materials through a strict blending process, which has excellent lubricity, antirust performance, cooling and cleaning properties, and also outstanding corrosion and hard-water resistances, especially suitable for turning and grinding processing.

Application Range
This Semisynthesis Microemulsion cutting fluid is suitable for processing carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, cast iron and other metal (ferrous metal, copper, etc.), especially suitable for machining centers and CNC machine tools.
Recommended concentration is 2% ~ 10%,
For general light load processing: 5%,
For medium load processing: 6-8%,
for heavy load processing: 8-12%.

Attentions

Keep the oil tank clean when using, oil tank and oil circuit should be cleaned when changing oil in order to prevent foreign matter pollution. Prevent mixing with other oil products. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
